General Management

Strong with a rich historical and cultural heritage, and firmly embarked on the path of economic development, Morocco must implement a high-level training program in management. Thus, only through its educational model and its values, HEM seeks to promote such a model, a key engine of a Morocco in motion.

HEM is involved in the training of future powerful leaders, inducers of change and imbued with a spirit of active citizenship.

The mission that HEM has made for itself is thus to train citizen managers, actors and entrepreneurs, responsible and committed to the country's socio-economic development and the emergence of an effective, just and supportive society.

Since its inception, our school works in this direction through the establishment of balanced programs that combine on the one hand, the development of the learner's technical skills and, on the other hand, the strengthening of their human, cultural and ethical dimensions. All the Grande Ecole Program courses are now accredited by the Moroccan Ministry of Higher Education and in all Campus.

Supervision is provided by university professors, Moroccan and international, as well as speakers from the corporate world. Thus, HEM’s faculty members have often a dual experience enabling them to espouse the teaching model of the school.

Located in the biggest cities of Morocco, the school is developing regionally while ensuring standardization of its educational model and sharing its values.

In 2013, the World Bank, through its subsidiary IFC, International Finance Corporation, became a shareholder in HEM’s capital to support its development projects. This is a great sign of trust in the HEM Group, unprecedented in the Moroccan private education sector.

HEM aims to be among the baseline Business Schools in the Maghreb and Francophone Africa by international standards.

Determinedly open to the world, HEM also has many advanced and effective partnerships with prestigious foreign institutions.
