Exchanges

Outbound HEM students

HEM exchange programs are possible in the following levels:

  • 3rd year
  • 5th year

Exchanges last one semester or one year depending on the partner institution. Post-Master courses in some of our international partner institutions are also possible.

To apply for an exchange program, the applicant has to submit an application package that includes: a CV, a written request to participate in the exchange program and a statement of purpose. These documents are to be filed by the student at International Relations Department.

After this first step, shortlisted students must defend their applications before a committee. Once the results announced, the selected students can begin registration procedures with the partner institution.

Inbound students

The international relations office serves the exchange students. Its mission is to bring to them the appropriate support during their stay at HEM, both in their academic, social and / or intercultural acclimatization.

A handbook is available for inbound students from partner institutions. It will be your guide during your stay at HEM.

The factsheets are also available for more detailed and specific information for each partner institution.
