This is one of the projects supported by the Foundation whose purpose, among others, is to consolidate more the Citizen University®. This unique concept in contemporary Morocco is rooted in ancient historical practices and great traditions that have marked the epic of the Moroccan university. It consists of a series of seminars, open to all, with no prerequisites, designed as introductory and awareness raising courses about Morocco’s socio-political, managerial and economic realities.

The seminars, spanning over three months, are provided free of charge, once a year, in cities where HEM is present. An "auditor's certificate" is awarded to individuals who attend at least 80% of the seminars.
