Career & Employment after HEM
After nearly 30 years of existence, HEM has now a network of more than 3700 graduates.
HEM opens excellent professional prospects in Morocco and abroad in different sectors:

- the service sector: Banking, Finance, Insurance, Consulting & Audit, Communication & Advertising, Web, Media, Telecommunications, Tourism, ...
Some graduates, animated by an entrepreneurship spirit choose to create their own business.
For each promotion, HEM annually conducts a study on the professional integration of its graduates. Overall, the results show that about 90% turn to the job market after graduation (≈ 10% continue their studies or do not go for a professional activity for personal reasons).
Among the graduates of HEM that target the labor market:
- Over 75% integrate the labor market within 6 months after graduation
- Approximately ¼ integrates the labor market even before graduation thanks to, among others, the final internship.
Starting wage levels generally exceeds the 8000 Dhs net per month and can reach up to 12 000 Dhs net per month.
